At Whitegate Academy, we are committed to delivering quality education and academic support to learners across Sri Lanka. As our services are educational and knowledge-based, there are no physical products to return. However, we do offer a fair and transparent refund policy.
No Physical Returns
Our courses and programs are 100% online and involve no physical delivery. Once you have enrolled and started learning, the service is considered delivered.
Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Request Timeline: Refunds can only be requested within 7 days of the payment date.
Content Access: Refunds are only granted if you have accessed less than 10% of the course content and have not joined any live classes.
Non-Refundable:
Requests made after 7 days.
Courses where major content has been accessed.
Discounted or promotional courses marked as “non-refundable”.
How to Request a Refund

Include the following:
- Your full name
- Course name
- Payment date
- Reason for cancellation
We will review and respond within 5 working days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
Right to Decline
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:
Appear fraudulent or abusive
Do not meet the conditions above
