Refund & Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation before the start of the course, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges

Course changes or cancellations by Whitegate Academy will be informed in advance, and alternatives or refunds will be offered

Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to attend sessions regularly and follow the class rules

Misconduct, plagiarism, or repeated absences may lead to removal from the course without refund

Consultant & Support Staff

Our student consultants provide support for enrollments, guidance, and communication. They are not authorized to collect payments personally unless officially instructed

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, slides, and resources are the property of Whitegate Academy. They may not be copied, shared, or reused without permission
